NYC – A recent survey, courtesy of Real Estate Weekly, discovered that over 96% of the people associated with the real estate market have a positive mentality toward the future for real estate in New York City. However, the survey also reveals that over half the people in the real estate market are also frustrated with their options for raising capital.

The majority of the findings focus on what kinds of challenges the market could be dealing, such as government and zoning issues. The information presented in the survey does reveal that the slow growth in real estate since the recession has likely been due to people not wanting to deal with financial capital and their poor options.
