NYC – Robert Khodadadian has seen enormous success in the real estate industry, even from a young age, and now he is bringing his expertise back to Skyline Properties. Previously, Khodadadian served as a commercial broker for Eastern Consolidated. He founded Skyline Properties, and will now return to the company to exclusively broker off-market deals.
Khodadadian pursued other ventures during the recession, and just recently brokered deals for Eastern Consolidated. However, Skyline Properties has come back in a big way due to lower interest rates and a flourishing commercial sales market. Due to the recent turn around, Khodadadian has decided to return and spearhead the future of Skyline Properties.
One of the ways in which Khodadadian is able to manage so many deals is that he prefers working alone. According to him, this allows him to work faster, cutting out the need to deliberate over every decision. He hopes that this process will benefit both the buyers and sellers in the deals he brokers. However, that’s not to say that he won’t be expanding the Skyline Properties team.
Currently, Khodadadian is operating out of an executive suite on Park Avenue. He plans to bring on at least eight more employees, and when he does so they will be moving into a large, permanent space.
These are exciting times for Skyline Properties and we can’t wait to share all of our latest news with you. For more updates about our company and the deals we are involved with, keep checking back with our blog!
