Eastern Consolidated appointed two new hires in New York City to specialize in off-market commercial real estate deals.

Adelaide Polsinelli was named a senior director. She will focus on a broad and diversified range of investment opportunities, using her 25 years of real estate experience. She previously served as an associate vice president at Marcus & Millichap, where she totaled more than $4 billion in sales, including the “Children’s Wear” office building in Midtown and a $200 million hotel development on Broadway in Midtown.

Robert Khodadadian was appointed associate director. Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, he founded and served as head of Skyline Properties for the past eight years. Before that he was a sales director at Massey Knakal. He specializes in confidential off-market transactions, closing nearly $100 million worth of transactions in a wide range of property types.

Both Polsinelli and Khodadadian are members of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
