Two new tenants have secured space at 915 Broadway, a 20-story office and retail space in the Flatiron District managed by ABS Partners Real Estate.
Stanford University leased 5,885 square feet on the 18th floor for educational and career support services in the Flatiron District. Vision Ridge Partners leased 8,990 square feet on the 20th floor and the rooftop deck. The lobby art featuring Roberto Dutesco’s wild horses has been a hit among tenants in this 97% leased building.
ABS’s brokers were James Caseley and Carol Sacks. Stanford’s broker was Matt Leon of Newmark. Dale Schlather and Greg Herman of Cushman & Wakefield represented Vision Ridge Partners.
