Blinds To Go is set to debut its inaugural Manhattan storefront at 1011 Third Avenue, taking over the former Dylan’s Candy Bar in Midtown East. Securing a 15-year lease, the space commanded an asking rent of $250 per square foot and spans nearly 11,000 square feet. 

Adam Henick of Current Real Estate Advisors represented the seller while Ripco acted on behalf of the property owner, Olshan Properties.
