The Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago (BOMA/Chicago) has selected 190 S. LaSalle as its new headquarters. The relocation was precipitated by the sale of 115 N. LaSalle, BOMA/Chicago’s current home, to the State of Illinois last year.
“Our goal was to reaffirm our industry’s commitment to the Central Loop while expanding our capacity to connect with members and partners,” said Farzin Parang, BOMA/Chicago’s executive director. “Our new space will allow us to modernize our conference rooms and add new facilities to host our education and other programming, all while maintaining our presence on LaSalle Street as it undergoes a historic transformation.”
190 S. LaSalle is a 41-story, LEED Gold and Fitwel-certified office tower located in Chicago’s Central Loop submarket. The 790,000-square-foot, post-modern building was built in 1987 and designed by architect Phillip Johnson.
