separate transactions. They included the following:
1351 Jerome Ave. and 1342 Inwood Ave. sold for $20,000,000. 1342 Inwood is a 56,000-square-foot warehouse, with current zoning allowing for approximately 158,624 square feet of residential space or 143,202 square feet of community facility space. 1351 Jerome is approximately 14,800 square feet and allows for approximately 106,759 square feet of residential space as well as retail, commercial and community facility space.
21 E. Clarke Pl. sold for $12,400,000. Currently a 21,500-square-foot warehouse, its zoning allows for the construction of approximately 155,000 square feet of residential space or 140,000 square feet of community facility space. The buyer was represented by Nathan Horne of Compass.
1288 Southern Blvd. sold for $1,375,000. The 4,900-square-foot development site allows for approximately 20,000 square feet of residential development as well as retail development.
