Crescent Real Estate developed and sold Vue West. At 310 units, the purchase price per unit was $398,387. Crescent purchased the land in 2017 for $6.1 million.
The property is adjacent to Belleview Station, a 55-acre mixed-use development that, when built out, will feature 2.2 million square feet of Class A office space, 300,00 square feet of retail, two hotels, five parks, and light rail access, all within walking distance for residents.
Vue West sits on 2.5 acres and comprises over 254,634 residential square feet. Vue West’s amenities include a pool, spa, dog area, coffee bar and clubhouse. It was built in 2021.
