E80 Group is moving its U.S. headquarters to Chicago’s River North neighborhood from suburban Skokie, IL, according to the Chicago Business Journal. The Italy-based intralogistics solutions provider, which works with mainly food, beverage and tissue paper companies to streamline their manufacturing and distribution centers, has leased a full-floor, 15,400-square-foot space at 448 N. LaSalle.

The 12-story boutique office building’s amenities — which include a roof-deck, fitness center, bike room and tenant lounge as well as a meditation room, dog run and outdoor space with grills — were its key selling points, according to William Nelson, president of E80 Group.

Nelson told the Business Journal said he expects the building’s “best-in-class” amenities to boost the company’s workplace satisfaction.
