New legislation has been introduced in the Nevada Legislature that proposes up to $190 million in annual film tax credits to newly created studio infrastructure zones. </p> <p>Birtcher Development, an industrial real estate development firm, along with Sony Pictures Entertainment and its development partner, Howard Hughes Corp., are developing their respective projects in response to global demand for film tax credits.
