As part of JPMorgan Chase’s focus on expanding agency execution capabilities within commercial real estate, the firm has made two new hires based in Chicago.
John Hofmann joined the firm as Head of Agency Production. Hofmann will expand the national Agency production team to provide solutions for multifamily and commercial borrowers.
Todd Linehan also joined the firm as a Managing Director, reporting to Hofmann. Linehan will manage and execute Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily transactions, originate loans and develop key Agency relationships.
Hofmann joins the firm from KeyBank, where he held various roles since joining in 2011. He previously held roles at CIBC, Carlton Group, Nomura Credit & Capital and LaSalle Bank. Linehan was a Senior Vice President for KeyBank, managing multifamily loan originations focusing on the Midwest. Before KeyBank, he held roles at Freddie Mac, IRR Corporate & Public Finance, Nomura, LaSalle Bank and GE Capital.
