Lincoln Property Company Southeast has secured a new 19,647-square-foot lease with tenant WinCup at 55 Allen Plaza, a 348,658-square-foot office building in Downtown Atlanta, GA. At the same time current tenant CMS Payments Intelligence expanded its lease from 4,701 square feet to 9,043 square feet and extended its term for an additional two years.
Hunter Henritze, Michael Howell and Caroline Fisher of Lincoln Property Company Southeast represented the landlord in the negotiation. Tim Palmer of Lee & Associates represented WinCup, a manufacturer of foam disposable cups, bowls, containers and lids, while Paul Holmes of CBRE represented CMS Payments Intelligence.
The 14-story 55 Allen Plaza recently earned LEED Platinum Certification with an ENERGY STAR score of 94, situating it as the fourth highest ENERGY STAR score recipient in Atlanta, according to Lincoln Property Company Southeast. The building features floor-to-ceiling glass windows, enclosed parking, high-level building security, an on-site cafe, auto-detail salon and dry cleaning services.
