L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, along with project partner Shorenstein Properties and co-investor Claure Group, have broken ground on The Wynwood Plaza, a one-million-square-foot mixed-use campus at 95 NW 29th Street in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District.
The partners previously secured $215 million in construction financing from Bank OZK for the project.
The Wynwood Plaza will encompass a residential building featuring 509 luxury rental apartments, 32,000 square feet of retail and an office tower totaling approximately 266,000 square feet.
Two floors of the 12-story office tower are pre-leased. Investment firm Claure Group will establish its headquarters in 25,400 square feet across the entire eighth floor. Weitz & Luxenberg, a nationwide law firm, will open its first Miami office in 18,000 square feet across the second floor.
