Getting Women’s History Month underway, the Fordham Real Estate Institute (REI) invites students and commercial real estate professionals to the next event within its ongoing series, “She Builds,” at 10 a.m. on March 2. The event will feature a discussion on navigating market forces, opportunities and disruptions in commercial real estate, hosted by MaryAnne Gilmartin, founder and CEO of MAG Partners and special advisor to REI’s Executive Advisory Council of industry and business leaders.
Gilmartin will engage in a fireside chat with Michael Patrick Davidson, a consultant with experience leading global corporate real estate divisions at JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America and Morgan Stanley.
MAG Partners’ first completed project begins leasing Monday, and Gilmartin will share details of her experience building a development empire, including assembling a $1-billion pipeline in New York City and a 14-million-square-foot transformational masterplan project in Baltimore.
Admission is free but registration is required.
