Newmark and Nordblom Company have arranged two leases totaling 55,975 square feet at Blue Sky Center in Burlington, Massachusetts. Nth Cycle, Inc., a clean-tech metals processing company, leased 47,578 square feet, while UII America, Inc., an AI-driven medical technology developer, leased 7,397 square feet.
Blue Sky Center consists of eight buildings totaling 937,042 square feet, with additional development potential and infrastructure support for innovation, clean-tech, life sciences, and corporate offices. Amenities include cafes, a fitness center, EV charging, a gaming area, a putting green, basketball shooting courts, and a golf simulator.
Newmark’s Matt Malatesta, Tyler McGrail, Michael Frisoli and Margaret Fee serve as leasing agents on behalf of the ownership. Malatesta and Newmark’s Dave Townsend represented UII America, Inc., while Nick Amarante and Mekae Hyde of Hughes Marino represented Nth Cycle, Inc.
