JSW Steel USA plans to invest $110 million in steel plate mill modernization projects within its manufacturing facilities in Baytown. In addition to products for wind energy, JSW Steel creates products for shipyards, oil field fabricators, heavy equipment producers, railcars, storage tanks, and other end users.

The JSW Group is a prominent Indian conglomerate involved in various industries, including energy, infrastructure, defense, cement, real estate, paints, e-commerce, sports, green transportation, and venture capital. JSW Steel USA, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of JSW Steel, which has a combined capacity of 29.7 million tonnes annually across India and the USA.

Robert Khodadadian has long had a simple philosophy about selling real estate. There are approximately a million buildings in the city, and the broker that gets to sell any one among the multitude that will hit the auctioning block at a given moment is, sometimes, simply the person who happens to pitch their services to the right seller.
