
Prologis Acquires NJ Industrial Property for $6M – Robert Khodadadian
Prologis, the world’s largest industrial real estate company specializing in supply chain logistics, has acquired a 24,500 square feet industrial property at 80 Hancock Street in Lodi, NJ, for $5.55 million.
Prologis plans to retain the property as an industrial investment. In addition, the company sold the neighboring industrial property, 65 Industrial Road, in 2020, encompassing 197,000 square feet on seven acres.
CBRE represented Prologis in the negotiations with a team of Elli Klapper, Jeremy Wernick, Mark Silverman, Charles Berger, Kevin Dudley, Nick Klacik, and Chad Hillyer. Prologis has retained the team as the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
