Randolph Development, LLC has signed a residential and commercial moving services tenant to 76,738 square feet at Portside Distribution Center Building B in Summerville, SC.
Mark Erickson, and Jarred Watts of Colliers | South Carolina represented Raleigh, NC-based commercial real estate developer Randolph Development, LLC in the lease negotiation.
“The recent addition of the Hugh Leatherman Terminal and the completion of the 10-year dredging contract make the Charleston Port the deepest port on the East Coast,” said Erickson. “This has increased developer interest to a level we have never seen in our lifetime.”
Portside Distribution Center is Randolph Development’s newly constructed, Class A development consisting of two warehouses totaling 393,422 square feet on Portside Park Drive in the Summerville submarket. Building B consists of 203,970 square feet of tilt-up warehousing and distribution space and currently has space available for lease that can accommodate a variety of users.
