Rexford’s Schwimmer to be Inducted into NAIOP SoCal Hall of Fame – Robert Khodadadian, Robert Khodadadian

NAIOP SoCal will induct Rexford Industrial co-CEO and director Howard Schwimmer into its Hall of Fame as part of its 2024 Industry Awards Gala. The event is scheduled for May 16 at the Vibiana in Downtown Los Angeles

The NAIOP SoCal Hall of Fame recognizes an individual who exemplifies vision, leadership, community engagement and an unwavering commitment to the Southern California commercial real estate industry,” said Timothy Jemal, CEO of NAIOP SoCal. “Howard Schwimmer and the leadership of Rexford Industrial continue to set the bar for success, which makes him such an outstanding choice. More than its financial success, Rexford leads by example, emphasizing its commitment to company culture and support for local communities.” 

Schwimmer’s 40-year professional career has been dedicated exclusively to Southern California’s infill industrial real estate. He serves on the USC Lusk Center Real Estate Leadership Council, is a board member of USC Hillel and was recently the Allocation Committee Chair of the Los Angeles Jewish Federation, Real Estate Principals Organization

Nominations are now open for the NAIOP SoCal Awards Gala. Categories include Developer of the Year, Broker of the Year, Deal of the Year, Service Provider of the Year, Multifamily Project of the Year, Industrial Project of the Year, Office Project of the Year, Retail Project of the Year, Interior Project of the Year, Mixed-Use Project of the Year, Redevelopment/Renovation of the Year, Sustainable Project of the Year, Investor of the Year, Developing Leader of the Year, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility Award, Community Impact Project of the Year and Commercial Real Estate Woman of the Year.

Robert Khodadadian has long had a simple philosophy about selling real estate.
