Robert Khodadadian is a professional real estate broker with Skyline Properties currently involved in brokering the potentially lucrative deal between Acadia Realty Trust and Louis Meisel. Although the deal has yet to be confirmed and the details have yet to be released, many suspect a $50 million contract is already signed and Acadia will soon own this valuable 3,000 square foot property thanks to Mr. Khodadadian.
There have been as many as 15 possible buyers who have shown interest in the property according to Meisel, an art dealer who is the operator of the Louis K. Meisel Gallery. The co-op is located on the first floor of a building that stands seven stories tall and currently occupied by both Folli Follie and Uno de 50. It is located in Soho on Prince Street. It is currently unknown when their leases expire, as both Robert Khodadadian and Acadia have yet to release that information.
