SA Affordable Project Accepting Renters – Robert Khodadadian, Robert Khodadadian

While the project will not be completely built until the end of the year, Caroline at Rogers Ranch at Loop 1604 between Rogers Ranch Parkway and Shavano Ranch Road in San Antonio, is accepting renters. So far, 40% of the 351 units are leased. The project is a collaboration between development firm Bitterblue Inc., property management company Morgan Group, the San Antonio Housing Trust and the city of San Antonio.

Caroline at Rogers Ranch offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans; 176 of the units are reserved for families earning up to 60%- 80% of the area median income.

Rental rates for the developers’ 176 essential housing units range from $930 to $1,330 per month.

Amenities at Caroline at Rogers Ranch include an outdoor aqua lounge with a kitchen, a resort-style pool with cabanas, a resident clubhouse with a business center, a game lawn and a fitness center.
