Thompson Thrift Adds 62 Acres to Fishers District in Indianapolis Suburb Paul Bubny on March 2, 2023 at 11:54 pm – Robert Khodadadian

Thompson Thrift, a full-service nationally recognized real estate company and the master developer of Fishers District, has closed on an additional 62 acres of land that will be utilized as part of the $550-million expansion to Fishers District in the Indianapolis suburb of Fishers, IN

The master plan for Fisher’s District reflects the ingenuity of Thompson Thrift’s three business units to work proactively with the city of Fishers to create a true ‘live, work, play’ environment that will be a generational asset for the Fishers community,” said Ashlee Boyd, managing partner, Thompson Thrift Commercial.  

As part of its public-private partnership with the city of Fishers on the development, Thompson Thrift concurrently sold a portion of the newly acquired land to the city that will be used for the development of a 7,500-seat arena and event center, scheduled to break ground in late March.
