Woodlands Hotel to Receive $26M Facelift – Robert Khodadadian
Management with The Woodlands Resort Curio Collection by Hilton says the hotel will receive a $26 million makeover. The upgrades will be available for guests in August.
The enhancement project includes three new food and beverage outlets.
Lakeside restaurant Harrison’s will offer breakfast and lunch dining options with a 216-person seating capacity.
The Spruce Market offers a cafe-style area with breakfast and brunch options for resort-goers. The Spruce Market will be expanding to offer a variety of dry goods, wine and cocktail offerings as well as a 1,000-square-foot Lobby Bar.
Accompanying The Spruce Market is a 775-square-foot retail boutique with snacks and sundries as well as gifts, accessories, artwork by Faulkner & Loche.
The renovations also include guest room and reception changes.
Showers are redesigned and rooms include functional furniture, plush carpeting, new artwork and 55-inch televisions. Suites include premium sleeper sofas.
Renovations to the 75,000 square feet of meeting space include seating and other space enhancements.
Throughout the resort, artwork by Texas-based artists is incorporated into the decor.
