QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this position must have an analytical mindset, possess the ability to succeed within a sales environment, and have the capacity to stay calm under fire while maintaining a positive can-do attitude. Additionally, the candidate should have the following:
- Interpersonal skills – strong listening, speaking, communication, organization and presentation skills
- Disciplined, focused, and a true team player
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter
- Eagerness and temperament to participate in a fast-paced/high volume work environment
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- NYS Salesperson License (must be obtained within first 30 days from start date)
